Judy Rice looks like the victor in 7th Subcircuit race

Former Chicago Revenue Director and Water Commissioner Judy Rice appears to be headed to victory over Associate Judge Marianne Jackson in her bid for the Taylor vacancy in the 7th Subcircuit.

The turnout numbers are amazingly small.
