Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council makes three Cook County judicial endorsements

Courtesy of the Laura J. Morask campaign, news that the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council has offered three endorsements in Cook County Judicial races.

Laura J. Morask has been endorsed in the 12th Subcircuit Republican primary. On the Democratic side, Ursula Walowski has been endorsed for the Kowalski vacancy in the 10th Subcircuit, while Brian Terrence Sexton is endorsed for the countywide Nowicki vacancy.

I do not know which local police departments have contracts with the IFOP Labor Council. I do know that Chicago policemen below the rank of Sergeant are represented by the Fraternal Order of Police, Chicago Lodge No. 7. Lodge No. 7 released its endorsements for the judicial primary in December; here is a link to my December 19, 2007 post on the Chicago FOP endorsements.
