From the Illinois Citizens for Life website:
Illinois Citizens for Life (ICL) is a non-profit organization established in 1973. Its sole purpose is to defend human life at all ages, from conception to natural death. Through social work, education and lobbying, ICL works to secure the principle that all human beings are legal persons at every stage of biological development from conception to natural death, and as such, are entitled to the basic human right to life, irrespective of age, health, function, or condition of dependency.
Illinois Citizens for Life has released this information sheet for the upcoming primary. Two Cook County Circuit Court candidates are rated "qualified" by the group. They are Stephen F.
