Ketki Shroff Steffen, Anthony C. Kyriakopoulos appointed to judicial vacancies

Two Assistant State's Attorneys, Ketki Shroff Steffen and Anthony C. Kyriakopoulos, have been appointed to the bench by the Illinois Supreme Court.

Steffen, a finalist in the 2009 round of associate judge selection, has been appointed to the "A" vacancy in the 13th Subcircuit effective January 25.

Kyriakopoulos will fill the 10th Subcircuit vacancy created by the recent retirement of Judge Daniel M. Locallo. His appointment is effective February 2.

Both appointments expire December 3, 2012.
