Supporters of Brad Trowbridge's 8th Subcircuit bid are planning a Leap Day Party for their candidate on February 29, from 5:30 to 7:30pm, at Sidetrack, 3349 N. Halsted."Big Leap" Tickets are $50 but sponsorships are available (Giant Leap - $100, Leap of Faith - $150). Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
