Ricky Hendon offers Cook County judicial endorsements

Former State Sen. Ricky Hendon, now the proprietor of CBD Chicago, is circulating a list of his preferred choices in the 2020 primary. (Yes, I saw this on Facebook, too.)

For the Illinois Supreme Court, Hendon endorses Justice Nathaniel Roosevelt Howse. For the Appellate Court, Hendon supports Judges Carolyn J. Gallagher for the Neville, Jr. vacancy and Sharon O. Johnson.

In countywide Circuit Court races Hendon recommends Tiesha L. Smith (Bellows vacancy), U. O'Neal (Ford vacancy), Arthur D. Sutton (Mason vacancy), Russell W. Hartigan (C. Sheehan vacancy) and Wendelin "Wendi" DeLoach (K. Sheehan vacancy). The only countywide endorsed judicial candidate on Hendon's list is Judge Sheree Desiree Henry (Murphy Gorman vacancy).

In the race for the Jackson vacancy in the 7th Subcircuit, Hendon urges support for Pamela Reaves-Harris.

Suckers! Ricky just stole your money. The person who should have known better is the Irish gal. Howse and Hyman have their own side deal going with the help of Gator. It's so entertaining when the Irish think they are hustling the blacks when, in fact, it's the other way around -- unless the black is the candidate as is the case here. Ubi? Is that you? What happened to the rest of your name? So the whites stick together in the Northwest side. And the Latinos in their area. And Ricky Hendon happily takes the money of EVRYONE. I so appreciate Ricky's desire to achieve true diversity.

Rickey calls himself State Senator, when he no longer has the position.

Black Clergy and Danny Davis, Rickey's Ally, endorsed Richard Boykin for Cook County Circuit Court Clerk. How can Rickey go against Danny?

I call myself Santa Claus when I am singing in the shower, but that won't affect the outcome of an election and neither will Rick's former title. Most elected State Reps and Senators couldn't cut it as used car salesmen, so who cares?
