Supporters of 7th Subcircuit candidate Robert D. Kuzas (Hardy-Campbell vacancy) are planning a February 11 fundraiser for their candidate, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the offices of Pederson Houpt, 161 North Clark Street.
After Mable Taylor was ruled off the ballot recently, Kuzas is unopposed in the primary -- and the winner of this race faces no Republican opposition in the fall -- but that does not mean the campaign hasn't incurred expenses getting to this point. Tickets are $75 apiece, and sponsorships are available (Silver - $150, Gold - $500, Platinum - $1,000).
The campaign is looking for responses as soon as possible (presumably to get a list of attendees for building security). If you're interested in attending, or if you would like more information, email info@kuzasforjudge.com, preferably by February 6.
