About 60% of the votes are counted in the 12th Subcircuit, around 34% of the ballots in the 13th Subcircuit. Frank DiFranco is leading in the 12th Subcircuit by about 5,600 votes. Gary Seyring leads in 13 by about 1,300 votes.
