First District Appellate Court Justice Patrick J. Quinn, first elected to the Appellate Court in 1996, was found unresponsive in his chambers yesterday. He was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy has been scheduled; funeral services have not yet been announced.
