Steven "Steve" Bernstein was found to be "unqualified" by the Chicago Bar Association. What exactly does that mean for his hopes in this race?
Sounds like he's done for.
Bar ratings have been made public, and it appears that Bernstein was indeed "Not Recommended" by the Chicago Bar Association. When you read the reason for the rating, it seems to make perfect sense--he's just not qualified. Also "Not Recommended" for the "A" Vacancy was Scott Bagnall. The rating explanatoin makes him sound like an aweful candidate.
Also discovered that the Chicago Council of Lawyers found Bernstein, Greenspan, and Bagnall to be "Not Qualified." I wonder if these findings will make a difference. I also wonder if I'm the only non-candidate who visits this blog.
