BWLA announces judicial evaluations for 2024 primary

The Black Women Lawyers' Association of Greather Chicago, Inc. has released its evaluations of candidates running for judicial office in Cook County in the March primary. All the Alliance bar groups will be releasing evaluations soon. The Chicago Bar Association, which is not part of the Alliance, expects to have its ratings out by the end of the month. But the BWLA is the first to finish, and release, its list.

An "NR" rating means that the candidate is not recommended by the BWLA; an "R" rating means that the candidate is recommended. Recommendations are not endorsements. As you will note, in some races, the BWLA has recommended all candidates, while in others it has not recommended any candidate.

All of the persons listed below are candidates in the Democratic primary except for those persons with an asterisk (*) following their names. Persons with asterisks following their names are candidates in the Republican primary.
