Swanson, Jr. That's a link to the site in the preceding sentence; a link has also been added to the Sidebar.Judge Swanson was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to the countywide Ward vacancy. He was recently endorsed and slated for this vacancy by the Cook County Democratic Party.
