Michael F. Otto campaign website found online

Judge Michael F. Otto has set up a campaign website in anticipation of the 2014 primary. That's a link to the site in the preceding sentence; a link has been added to the list in the Sidebar as well.

Appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to the countywide Burke vacancy in early 2012, Judge Otto has apparently decided to seek election from the 9th Judicial Subcircuit.
