Seven file for Riley vacancy

Sandra Ramos is the candidate slated by the Democratic Party in this case.

Also filing for this vacancy was James Michael Bailey, son of former Circuit Court Judge James M. Bailey. His potential candidacy was mentioned in this October 3 post.
