Are the rumors true? Will there be yet another vacancy in the 5th subcircuit? Possibly, but unlikely before the end of the filing period for 2020. Good luck with that well, ahem, good luck.
Curious. Jack posted this comment but not the other comment about the soon-to-be-announced appellate vacancy. Is it because this poster said the vacancy is unlikely to break before 2020? Ok, the "appellate vacancy won't break before 2020" but when it does, don't say we didn't warn you.
