Marcus Tullius Cicero, one of the most famous lawyers in history, was proscribed and murdered in the turmoil of the dying years of the Roman Republic. He did not submit to servitude, and he was denied peace.But it can't hurt to ask: I would like a double helping of peace, please; hold the servitude.
