Odd, isn't it, that the Illinois State Board of Elections puts up the official list of vacancies just in time for the Cook County Democratic Party's slating meeting? Anyway, time again to update this list -- but, I am pleased to say, most of the changes reflected here are ones you've already read about on FWIW. My readers make me look smart again!
