However, at this stage of his career, Mr. Doran does not possess the depth and breadth of practice and court experience to qualify as a Circuit Court Judge.

He has been with the Chicago Department of Law throughout his career and currently serves as Senior Counsel, managing administrative review and enforcement cases. His practice has been narrow, but he reportedly excels in his area of law. The Council finds him Qualified for the Circuit Court.
