IUOE Local 399 offers endorsements in some Cook County judicial races


The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 399 has published its endorsements in a number of state, federal, and local races in anticipation of the March primary. Local 399's complete endorsement list can be accessed fromn this page of the union website.

The IUOE has as much right to express its preferences as anyone else, and if this union, or any other, publicly endorses Cook County judicial candidates, I'll try and get those endorsements published here. Nobody says that this group, or any group, has a monopoly on knowing who'd be a good judge. But it is a data point: One thing to consider among (hopefully) many. It's part of building a winning coalition, too. Stay tuned; I'll have more to say on this soon.
