29th Ward Democrats depart from judicial slate in several races

Twenty-ninth Ward Ald. and Committeeman Chris Taliaferro is circulating a sample ballot for tomorrow's primary urging support for Nathaniel Roosevelt Howse for the Supreme Court vacancy and Judge Carolyn J. Gallagher for the Neville Jr. vacancy on the Appellate Court. Justice John Griffin, the county party's choice for the Simon vacancy on the Appellate Court, also receives Taliaferro's support.

For the 7th Subcircuit vacancy, Taliaferro recommends Pamela Reaves-Harris.

In contested countywide judicial races, the 29th Ward has offered no endorsement for the Ford, Mason, McCarthy, or Roti vacancies. It follows the county ticket for the Bellows, Coghlan, Funderburk, Larsen, Murphy Gorman, and O'Brien vacancies. For the C. Sheehan vacancy, however, the 29th Ward favors Deidre Baumann and James Samuel Worley for the K. Sheehan vacancy.

These endorsements will be added to the Organizing the Data posts.

More ward organization endorsements will be coming in a little while. We are getting, now, to a set of endorsements that have been provided to FWIW by potical consultant Frank Calabrese.
