As FWIW readers know, although almost all members of the Alliance of Bar Associations for Judicial Screening have already released their ratings of judicial candidates, some members are still scrambling to get their ratings in. While the Alliance reports that there are still about a half dozen ratings yet to come in, we do have an update this morning -- a number of new ratings and one revision.
The revision is in the race for the Billik vacancy in the 4th Subcircuit where the Puerto Rican Bar Association has announced that it now rates Maureen Masterson Pulia is "Recommended."
In newly released ratings, in the race for the Donnelly vacancy in the 3rd Subcircuit, the PRBA has announced that it has rated Terrence J. McGuire as "Recommended" and Katherine A. O'Dell (10th Subcircuit, "A" vacancy) as "Not Recommended." The Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Chicago Area has issued a "Not Evaluated" rating to O'Dell.
The Cook County Bar Association has issued ratings of "Not Recommended" to Linda L. Mastandrea (countywide McDonald vacancy), Samuel Bae (12th Subcircuit, Jordan vacancy), and John S. Fotopoulos (15th Subcircuit, Doody vacancy). The Women's Bar Association of Illinois has issued a "Not Recommended" rating to Nathan Benjamin Myers (9th Subcircuit, Goldberg vacancy).
These ratings will be added to the Organizing the Data posts as soon as time permits.
