A campaign website has been found for 12th Subcircuit judicial candidate, and presumptive Republican nominee, James Paul Pieczonka. That's a link to the campaign website in the preceding sentence; a link has also been added to the blog Sidebar.
Pieczonka has been licensed as an attorney in Illinois since 1983. He maintains a law office on Touhy Avenue in the Edison Park neighborhood of Chicago where, according to his campaign website, he has spent the last 17 years in private practice "representing individuals, families, senior citizens and businesses in almost every area of the law." Pieczonka's campaign website also notes his past service as an Administrative Law Tax Judge for the Illinois Department of Revenue; the site also notes that he was recently appointed as a Hearing Officer for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.
Pieczonka is the presumptive Republican nominee for the Jordan vacancy in the 12th Subcircuit because his one primary opponent was removed from the ballot. He will face the winner of the Democratic Primary in November in the only contested judicial election on the Cook County ballot.
