  1. What a disappointment! When she comes up for re-election we will be sure to vote her OUT...

  2. @LA - Speak for yourself. I would prefer to see what type of judge she is before deciding to vote her out. Regina is a honest, fair person, she was a lawyer with dignity and respect for people. I expect she will use those same qualities as judge.

  3. I agree with LA. As a child rep she cared nothing for the well being of the children she represented. Typical lawyer who's only concern is getting paid with no regard for the welfare of the children to whose custody she places them in. She is a disgrace and disgusted that she has been appointed as judge.

  4. Am I surprised that her name is being tossed about on-line as someone who may/may not be involved in misconduct ? The answer: A resounding NO !! When I provided PROOF that my former wife and her "paramour" had given FALSE TESTIMONY UNDER OATH, she did nothing. She did not turn it over to the judge (Haracz), nor did she, as an officer of the court, take action. She instead chose to deride and berate me in the courtroom. The false testimony led to a multi-year Order of Protection being brought against me. Scannecchio - a JUDGE... LAUGHABLE, and at the same time, truly sad.

  5. If you wish to see what kind of judge she will be just look at her record as an attorney. Working for children and families? I don't think so. I know too many families who were involved in cases where Ms. Scannecchio was the appointed child rep and her work and attitude were unacceptable. She is a disgrace to women and families and to the judicial system.I believe her current position was an appointment; if we don't vote her in she will not be able to retain it. Let's do it!

  6. To Whom It May concern: I am an attorney and had Regina as a child representative for one of my cases. She was all talk; no action and only cared about her fees. She was horrible !!! Her behavior demonstrated that she did not care about her clients - the children. I would financially support anyone who would run against she. She does come across as caring, but do not be fooled. She is a disgrace.
