According to the <a href="http://www.cookcountyclerk.com/elections/electoralboard/Pages/default.aspx" rel="nofollow">Cook County Clerk's website</a> the objection to Stokes' petitions was overruled. I don't know if the battle was carried into the Circuit Court. The Illinois State Board of Elections website still lists her (as of this hour) as having an objection still pending.
